1993: Teacher diploma - Grof Eszterházy Károly Teacher’s Training College, 1995: Chartered Accountant diploma 1998: HR management diploma - Janus Pannonius University. Started her carreer at Hungarorak Kft. - the exclusive distributor for McDonald’s – at the Customer Service Department. Worked for 2 years as CS Manager. As from May 1997. she is the Compansation and Benefits Manager at Kraft Foods Hungary. Responsible for the whole company’ compensation budget, implementing remuneration/bonus policy, recruiting. As from 2000. she works for Citibank Hungary as HR Manager of Citi Corporate Bank. March 2009.: she joins KPS and responsible for HR activities, focusing on organisation development and implementing performance appraisal system. October 2010.: Chief Operations Officer, managing the daily operations and decision making in KPS Diagnostics.
